Registrations

Sending a registration form does not confirm a place. We contact you to confirm your place, the batch and the fee. Your place is confirmed only when we tell you so.

Fees

Fees shown on the website are a guide. The fee we confirm with you when you register is the one that applies.

Online courses

The checkout shows the price of an online course before you pay. Access opens after payment is confirmed. The course page states the access period. Keep your payment reference if you need help with a payment or refund.

To ask about a refund or course access, contact us through My courses or the contact page. We confirm the outcome after reviewing your request. A payment receipt is available in your account.

Consultations

Consultations provide general nutrition and lifestyle guidance. They do not replace diagnosis or treatment from your doctor. Tell your doctor before making major changes to your diet, training or medication.
