This policy explains how Jagruti Ayurveda handles the information you give us through this website. We only collect what we need to respond to you.

What we collect

• Course and workshop registrations: your name, email, phone number, the course you chose and any message you add.
• Enquiries: your name, email, optional phone number and your message.
• Consultation requests: your contact details, your main concern and any health information you choose to share, including documents you upload.

You can browse without an account. Online courses use an account to manage your access and learning progress. Razorpay processes online course payments. We keep payment references and receipts, and do not store your card details.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to reply to you, arrange your course, workshop or consultation, and keep a record of our conversation. We never sell it or use it for advertising.

Health information

Consultation requests can include health details. We ask for your consent before you send them. Only authorised staff can see them. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are never available through a public link. Health details are not used in analytics and are not written to system logs.

Where it is stored

Cloudflare hosts the website, database, and uploaded files. Authorised staff can access submissions. Your account, payment history, and private course content are protected by access checks. Better Auth manages account sessions, and Resend delivers account and service emails.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the course or consultation, and for any period required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Use the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
